You will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team, filing important documents & communicating relevant information, Responding complaints from customers and give after-sales support.

Job Description:

• Coordinating with the sales team.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Payment follow up from the customer.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Prepare proposal/quotations, maintain sales and customer records.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Teaming, liasioning and relationship management.
