Job Description:

The Lead Generation Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of sales processes, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Identify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their suitability and potential interest in the organization’s products or services
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through personalized communication to build rapport and cultivate relationships over time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and other key performance indicators.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other lead generation tools is a plus.
