Billing & Revenue Executive

Callifony, a leading business communication platform is looking for a positive-minded Billing & Revenue Executive to supporting our billing and accounting operations. Join a collaborative environment and work with multiple talented teams. You will be responsible for supporting our monthly invoicing and account reconciliation tasks for customers and vendors.

Job Description:

• Take ownership of billing issues and see problems through to resolution.
• Take the lead in managing customer escalations and be comfortable coordinating with multiple teams.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot billing-related tickets with customers and vendors.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effectively communicate with customers billing or account management teams.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Tracking of all billing-related tickets in our ticketing system from open to resolution.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in handling billing platforms.
• Experience in accounting and taxation will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Teaming, liasioning, relationship Management, negotiation & business knowledge.
